Position Summary
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity that can also serve as the basis for a Master Thesis. The focus of this project is the design of an optimal material flow and tracking process for store and production, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and its MRO add-on. This initiative aims to streamline operations and enhance transparency across our supply chain and production environments.
Your Role
- Analyze current material flow and tracking processes within store and production.
- Design and propose an optimized solution based on SAP S/4HANA capabilities (with support of internal and external consultants)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with operational needs.
- Provide recommendations for implementation.
- Research on trends, such as the integration of AI elements into material flow optimization or predictive tracking solutions
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Logistics & Transportation Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and/or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Interest in aviation and process optimization.
- Fluent in English, French and German are a plus
