Position Summary
Are you passionate about aviation and delivering excellent customer service? Join our Basel Customer Service team at Jet Aviation as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic aerospace environment. As part of Jet Aviation, you will work alongside experienced professionals, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that shape the customer journey. Preferred start date: August, or at the latest September 2026 for a duration of 6 months in Basel.
Your Role
- Provide professional reception services at our newly established headquarters in Basel, ensuring a professional and welcoming customer experience
- Support the setup and continuous improvement of internal processes and operational procedures in alignment with the department's needs
- Coordinate daily operational needs from subtenants and ensure efficient facility support
- Assist the Customer Service Department in various operational tasks and ongoing projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and workplace experience
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a relevant study program e.g. Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
- Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles in a leading hospitality environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interest in developing and improving processes and procedures
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset
