Position Summary
Are you passionate about supply chain, process improvement, and digital transformation in a dynamic aviation environment? Join Jet Aviation in Basel as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting purchasing processes, supplier management, and operational excellence within a global business aviation company. We’re looking for someone who can join us from December 2026 or January 2027 for a six-month internship.

Your Role
- Support day-to-day operational procurement activities, including purchase order creation and follow-up.
- Assist in managing supplier communication to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
- Monitor and update procurement data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (planning, logistics, finance) to resolve order-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation.
- Reviews purchase order claims and discuss defects and delivery problems with suppliers and negotiates refunds.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; matriculation during the entire internship period is required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or French is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Power App and Power BI is a plus
