Position Summary
As an Intern Young Talent & Early Careers, you will support Jet Aviation’s strategic talent pipeline by helping identify high-potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to craft meaningful internship missions. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting high-potential candidates to support our business needs. You will accompany students and interns throughout their lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through engagement and offboarding ensuring a professional experience that reflects Jet Aviation’s values and business priorities.
Your Role
- Support the identification and scouting of young talent and high-potential candidates aligned with Jet Aviation’s strategic workforce needs.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Participate in candidate interviews and selection processes alongside the Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create meaningful internship missions that align with business objectives and candidate development.
- Accompany the employee lifecycle of students and interns including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with the team to support employer branding initiatives targeted at young professionals and students.
- Assist in organizing and representing Jet Aviation at university fairs, career events, and internal workshops to promote engagement and attract talent.
- Support career fair planning to represent Jet Aviation and engage with potential candidates.
- Support the drafting and posting of job descriptions for internship and entry-level roles.
Your Profile
- Recently graduated Master student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field
- Strong interest in shaping the workforce of tomorrow by fostering young talent.
- Interest to design, implement, and scale a sustainable young talent program that aligns with organizational goals.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ATS SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Professional, candidate-first mindset and a collaborative attitude
- English proficiency, German and French are a plus
