Position Summary

In this role you provide operational and financial information to the local Finance and Management Team and collaborate closely with site operations.

You are the go-to person when it comes to facts and figures supporting the local Finance and Management team in their decision-making.

You have your seat in the cockpit of the organization, taking a leading role during month end closing activities, managing the financial reporting, planning and cash flow management. Come on board and experience an environment that is dynamic, multicultural and inventive. The sky is the limit!

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop periodic financial reports
  • Provide financial analysis to Management
  • Active role in the month closing process
  • Prepare and review financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Enhance the relevance and efficiency of the reporting and reported key metrics
  • Manage and achieve financial targets and objectives
  • Monitor project progress, track cost evolution and challenge material and labor consumption
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure
  • Develop and maintain various policies & procedures
  • Assist internal and external audits
  • Provide financial assistance on operational matters
  • Support development and implementation of best financial practices

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in Finance/Controlling/Accounting or similar
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Industrial and/or Project Controlling
  • Fully proficient in MS Office Suite; Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Knowledge of SAP / SAP BW / Power BI
  • Ability to develop complex financial models
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills to liaise with business units and management
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
