Position Summary

Join us as a Facility Coordinator and play a vital role in keeping our facilities running at their best. You'll coordinate maintenance, manage workplace requests, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver a seamless and safe workplace experience.

Your Role

  • Serve as a trusted and solutions-focused point of contact for employees, operational teams, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate daily facility-related requests across offices, hangars, workshops, and operational support areas.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure facility readiness and operational continuity.
  • Oversee external service providers and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), safety regulations, and prevention plans.
  • Communicate operational updates, access changes, and incident follow-ups in a clear and timely manner.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and workplace functionality.
  • Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Facility Management, Health & Safety, Security, and Technical & Operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • There is no Home Office foreseen for that role.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational education, degree, or at least 2 years of experience in a facility management-related role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid car driving licence.
  • Fluent in English and French. German would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, and/or AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Experience in facility services, operations, or aviation/industrial settings
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, accurate, and solution-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
