Our Cabinet Shop creates lightweight furniture that is as functional as it is beautiful. Our staff has been highly trained in the fine art of woodworking and veneering and has the advanced skills to do work such as hardwood mouldings, inlays, exotic veneer applications and many other complex furniture designs. It is important to us that the details of your work are exactly the way our customers want them. In order to achieve that high level of customization and quality, we do much of the work by hand. You will work in our State-of-the-Art Cabinet Shop and Electro Shop and start manufacturing and Installing wires loom for furniture from the 3D model to the final exquisite Cabinet.

Main Responsibilities

• Assembles cable looms, harnesses, installs them with electrical components in to furniture and ensure compliance with production standards and specifications as instructed by his/her supervision or management on: Cabinets, Credenza, Vanity, Galleys, Toilets, Bulkheads, Doors, Cargo IFE Racks, Relays Module Panels, Circuit Breaker Modules, Tables, Seats, Divan and Ceiling Shell components.
  
• Leads a check team (continuity, isolation and power checks).
  
• Demonstrates ability to lead a team of people (assigning workload & tasks).
  
• Works actively and in good intelligence within the Production Organization Team and Final Assembly Team.
  
• Performs complex electrical cable looms, harnesses assembly operations in accordance with wire lists, wiring diagrams and drawings.
  
• Performs complex Electrical G plans in accordance with Jet Aviation Processes.
  
• Performs complex Integration assembly operations on monuments using basic 2D design/engineering drawings, notes, instructions, and process specifications.
  
• Performs complex electrical connecting assembly on power Plugs, Relays, Circuit Breakers and Electrical Equipment.
  
• Performs complex dis-assembly operations on Electrical components installed on monuments and other subassemblies before finishing processes.
  
• Performs complex and sensitive harness manufacturing including connecting fibre optic wires.
  
• Performs complex modifications on produced harnesses in accordance with engineering requirements.
  
• Ensures parts and component kits are ready before manufacturing processes in accordance with drawings BOM list.
• Interpret Design Material Specifications and 3D/2D engineering drawings to ensure finished product is in accordance with requirements and meets Customer quality expectations.
  
• Assists team members with great experience to enhance techniques of quality workmanship.
  
• Provides support to Electro Technicians levels 1 & 2.
  
• Promotes professional standards and continuous improvements.
  
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Duties

• Identical Duties as Electro Technician Level 2.
• Works with supervisor to develop and implement technical process improvements that increase safety, reduce cost and cycle time, promote performance.
• Take Lead responsibilities when required/needed. Assists supervisor to delegate tasks to assigned technicians in a team support spirit (lead by Example & Objectives).
• Trains Beginner Electro Technician, Technicians Level 1 & 2 in a continuous improvement environment.
• Reports in Element tool software problems to Engineering. He/She is capable to provide technical solutions to Engineering Organization.
• Proposes new techniques.
• Promotes use of personal protective equipment and follows all environmental regulations and requirements.
• Promotes & Contributes on 5S, EH&S, Lean Manufacturing.
• Sets the benchmark to maintain tools (individual and common) in a safe and proper manner.
• Responsible for the quality produced by his/her team.
• Can perform Electrical Installations in aircraft.
• Actively participates to continuous improvement & development projects.
• Ability to estimate labour hours, material quantity and evaluate work package needed lead time.
• Trains Electro Technicians in researching documents in PMS IT Platform. 
• Capability to learn other disciplines and skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in reading and understanding 3D Models files & Complex 2D manufacturing drawings and assemblies.
  
• Knowledge in reading, understanding and drafting complex manufacturing electrical G plan drawings.
  
• Knowledge in reading, understanding complex work instructions, component manufacturer instructions and ground test procedures.
  
• Knowledge in various electrical test equipment.
  
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations.
  
• Handles aerospace materials and uses appropriate tools.
  
•  Experience in Similar aviation business.
  
• Demonstrate the ability to lead a team of technicians.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, as well as with SAP, SmarTeam, Catia V5 (Viewer), Elementool.
  
• Reached Technician 2 Level and some of Senior Technician level.

Educations Requirements

• Electrical apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications or equivalent experience.
  
• Or Basic Electrical diploma or equivalent. 
  
• Or equivalent experience.
