As we expand our site and services to better serve our customers, we are growing our team in Basel. We are looking for multiple Electricians focused either on Installation or Electrical System Manufacturing, including junior candidates eager to learn and develop their expertise.
Your Role
Installation Team:
- Install electrical systems and connect cabin monuments precisely according to engineering drawings and 2D/3D schematics.
- Make sure all work is done safely and with high quality.
Modification Team:
- Build and assemble electrical wiring systems for aircraft interiors.
- Work on long-term projects, involving the manufacturing and routing wire looms, terminations, connector installations, connection checks, and support trouble shooting. Work from detailed 2D drawings, engineering plans or 3D models, performing tasks in jigs, workshops, or directly on the aircraft.
- Perform wiring modifications to existing aircraft systems following Manufacturer Service Bulletins or modification packages, including installation of shielding and specialized connectors such as terminal boards and circuit breaker panels.
Key Responsibilities (both teams)
- Select the correct tools, materials, and hardware needed for electrical work, making sure everything is suitable for the task and meets quality standards.
- Perform tests on electrical systems to check that they work properly. Help identify and fix any problems to ensure the systems are safe and reliable.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all work performed. Report any issues or irregularities you find during installation or testing, so they can be addressed quickly and tracked properly.

Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician or a comparable qualification
- Relevant Experience, ideally within the aviation or automotive sector
- Ability to follow OEM standards (e.g., Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, Dassault), including compliance with Service Bulletins and AMM tasks, is beneficial
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and engineering drawings
- Good working knowledge of various electrical testing equipment and tools
- Strong motivation to continue developing technical skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues
- Good English skills; knowledge of German or French is a plus
