As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving excellence in aircraft maintenance and completions. From concept to certification, your work will ensure our electrical systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Your mission

 

  • Lead and support electrical activities across projects, ensuring design principles are applied consistently and effectively.
  • Contribute to quotations by performing aircraft surveys and validating project assumptions and hours.
  • Design electrical system architectures and select components that meet RTCA DO-160 and DO-178 requirements.
  • Collaborate with certification teams to define compliance strategies and support production environments
  • Create and revise engineering drawings aligned with project milestones, design rules, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to define interfaces and ensure smooth integration.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Participate in testing, prepare reports, and support certification documentation.
  • Lead electrical activities on projects or initiatives, and act as backup for the Electrical Leader when needed.

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related aeronautic professional field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in (aircraft) electrical engineering and team/project management.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and TeamCenter, plus Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset aligned with Jet Aviation’s values.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, French and/or German are a plus.
