Position Summary

Your role

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the EMEA supply chain excellence and transformation strategy.
  • Operational Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across logistics, procurement, inventory, and tooling using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Program Management: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with site operations and corporate teams to identify process gaps and implement sustainable, standardized solutions.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and successful adoption throughout transformation projects.
  • Digital Enablement: Promote digital tools, automation, and analytics to improve visibility, agility, and data-driven decision-making in supply chain operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure progress, drive accountability, and ensure consistent delivery of results.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of supply chain excellence professionals across multiple EMEA locations.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all initiatives comply with aviation regulations, internal governance policies, and regional safety standards.

Your profile

 

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, operational excellence, or business transformation with regional responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, with certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages (such as German, French, Arabic) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), with a track record of leading system implementations, integrations, and digital supply chain transformations 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python)
  • Strong interest and experience in digitalization, automation, and analytics.
