Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, we transform vision into airborne luxury. As our Completion Program Director, you will lead large-scale, high-value VIP aircraft completion programs and ensure each one reflects the innovation, precision, and craftsmanship that define our brand.

Your Role

- Shape Negotiation and Influence Outcomes: Own the negotiation strategy throughout the program lifecycle. Build trust, align diverse stakeholders, and achieve outcomes that balance commercial success with long-term partnership value.
