Position Summary


The Completions Account Execution Manager is responsible for managing key customer relationships, with a strong focus on change management and operational execution. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal operational teams, ensuring the successful delivery of aircraft while driving transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning customer expectations with our business capabilities, ensuring both client satisfaction and internal efficiency. This position bridges the gap between strategic account management and the operational coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring excellence in execution at every stage.

 

Your mission

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing complex relationships built on trust, delivery, and long-term partnership.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of operational teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives and process improvements, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by coordinating internal teams to meet agreed budgets, timelines, and quality targets.
  • Identify, plan, and implement change management strategies in collaboration with clients and internal departments.
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate challenges when necessary.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery and cost optimization.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, key milestones, and continuous improvement actions.

Your profile

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Extensive practical experience within the aviation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft operations and understanding of the aviation market and competitors.
  • Proficient English language skills (written and spoken), French and German are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Hands-on experience with cabin modifications and retrofit projects.
  • Strong commitment to customer service, safety, and quality.
  • Results-driven with high personal accountability and ownership.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
