Position Summary
Are you a seasoned aviation professional with a passion for leading teams and ensuring excellence in aircraft maintenance? Jet Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Avionics Supervisor to oversee our avionics base and line maintenance projects, RMU, and CMPL activities. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive safety, quality, and efficiency while mentoring a talented team of technicians and engineers.
Your Role
- Lead with Purpose: Drive avionics maintenance, RMU, and CMPL projects from planning to completion - ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and delivery.
- Empower the Team: Motivate, mentor, and guide team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
- Execute with Precision: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, efficient operations.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold EHS, regulatory, and organizational standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
- Stay Accountable: Monitor progress, manage budgets and hours, and maintain accurate documentation and SAP records.
- Problem Solve & Improve: Lead daily technical meetings, address challenges proactively, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.

Your Profile
- Leadership & Team Management: Skilled in leading multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong safety culture. Clear, confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders, build trust, and guide teams through change and challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in aircraft avionics systems, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting, supported by an EASA Part-66 B2 License with at least 1 following type ratings: Gulfstream G450/G550/G650/G500/G600/G700
- Regulatory & Safety Awareness: Strong command of aviation regulations, EASA standards, and maintenance documentation, ensuring full compliance and operational integrity.
- Project Management: Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects with precision — balancing scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; flexible to shifting priorities, project demands, and shift work schedules.
