We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales & Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire customer journey - from quote creation through to delivery - ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional customer satisfaction. Your Role

  • Lead the end-to-end management of component repairs, engineering requests, and refurbishments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate accurate, competitive quotations for products and services.
  • Coordinate internal and external services (repairs, overhauls, refurbishment, engineering support, etc.).
  • Oversee loan agreements, logistics, and documentation for component management.
  • Manage the purchasing and selling of parts, maintaining optimal inventory levels and supplier relationships.
  • Drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion, addressing any deviations proactively.
  • Collaborate across departments — from engineering and billing to logistics and quality — ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous process improvement.
  • Represent Jet Aviation proudly within network and the aviation community

Your Profile

  • Solid aviation industry knowledge paired with strong financial and sales awareness
  • Skilled in coordinating complex projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Experienced with MS Office; familiarity with SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) and Salesforce is an asset
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages such as French or German considered a plus.
