Position Summary
Reporting to the Director HR Services APAC, we’re seeking a highly capable Senior Payroll Representative. This is a critical role, overseeing end-to-end payroll delivery, and navigating the complexity of multiple enterprise agreements.
Main Responsibilities

Ensure timely, accurate and compliant payroll across AU/NZ.

Interpret and implement Enterprise Agreement and Award changes, including associated backpays and system configurations.

Oversee controls, reconciliations and statutory obligations.

Act as the escalation point for complex payroll queries.

Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements

complex payroll experience, with a balance of payroll technical skills and People leadership.

Deep understanding of Australian legislation including application of Enterprise Agreements and awards.

System knowledge (iCHRIS, SAP or other mid to large Payroll software).

Intermediate to advanced excel skills.

Proven leadership and team coaching ability.

Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
