*Annual Salary from AUD$107,000 + Bonus + Super

What You will Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Electrical/Electronic (Avionics) Engineering
• Senior Engineers: 5+ years of aircraft design experience in civil and/or military aviation
• Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management capabilities
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
• FEA experience (Strand7 or similar) highly regarded for structural roles
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative work style
