Your New Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day purchasing activities that support aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring materials are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on time.
- Coordinate purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure parts, materials and equipment are available when required.
- Expedite orders and respond to urgent operational requirements in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
- Support inventory and cost control activities, helping maintain efficiency and accuracy across the purchasing process.
- Coordinate freight and customs activities associated with incoming materials and shipments.
- Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records, ensuring information is current and reliable.
- Resolve invoice, goods receipt and supplier discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Support returns, warranty and exchange processes where required.

Who We Are Looking For?
- You are resourceful, dependable and confident working in a fast-paced operational environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- You may already be working in purchasing, procurement or logistics, or you may come from a related operational role and be looking for broader career development.
- You communicate well and build strong working relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and team members.
- You stay calm under pressure and can manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with systems, data and administration tasks, and you take pride in maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- You enjoy solving problems, thinking ahead and finding practical solutions when plans change.
- You take ownership of your work and can operate independently while also contributing positively to a team.
- You have experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, shipping, packaging, freight or dangerous goods requirements will be highly regarded.
- You have exposure to invoice reconciliation, inventory control or operational support environments will also be well regarded.
