Your Opportunity

The Director, Supply Chain & Real Estate, Pacific leads country-level supply chain, facilities, and real estate activities in support of Jet Aviation’s operational, commercial, safety, and compliance objectives. The role is responsible for executing approved regional strategies and company standards locally, while ensuring operational readiness, service reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost discipline across Pacific operations.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Supply Chain & Real Estate, APAC, this position translates regional direction into effective local execution. The role leads day-to-day supply chain and real estate/facility management activities in Pacific, supports business continuity and growth, and ensures the function delivers consistent operational performance through strong stakeholder engagement, people leadership, and continuous improvement. 

This role offers a Competitive remuneration packages starting from a base of AUD $125,600* + Super + Bonus. The annual salary income Midpoint Range is AUD$179,429*p.a.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Supply Chain and Real Estate / Facility Management functions in Pacific, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective support to Jet Aviation operations.
  • Execute approved regional and global functional strategies locally in alignment with business priorities and operational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary country focal point for supply chain, facilities, and real estate matters, providing regular performance updates, risk visibility, and improvement recommendations to the Senior Director, Supply Chain & Real Estate, APAC.
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, sourcing, inventory planning, logistics, warehousing, tooling support, and supplier performance management in support of MRO operations.
  • Ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective availability of aircraft materials and services, and drive performance improvement across service, inventory, and cost metrics.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, freight coordination, customs-related activities, and AOG support to ensure timely delivery to operational areas.
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse operations to maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing obsolescence and inefficiency.
  • Support supplier development and performance management to improve productivity, pricing, lead times, and service reliability, in alignment with approved sourcing strategies and vendor arrangements.
  • Oversee tooling operations, including internal and external loans, tool availability, and calibration compliance in coordination with planning and operations teams.
  • Lead daily facilities and property-related operations across Pacific sites, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and business-ready infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical infrastructure, including
  • HVAC, electrical, fire protection, utilities, and building systems.
  • Support planning and delivery of approved capital works, renovations, refurbishment, and asset enhancement initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, landlords, airports, and authorities as required.
  • Monitor facility utilization, operational layout, and infrastructure readiness to support current and future business needs and provide country input into real estate planning and lease matters through the APAC leadership structure.

Your Responsibilities Cont.

  • Ensure all supply chain, facilities, and real estate activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, company standards, and Pacific workplace safety obligations, including CASR Part 145 facility requirements where applicable.
  • Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits, inspections, and CAPA activities across purchasing, logistics, tooling, facilities, and related operations.
  • Manage the country budget for supply chain, facilities, and approved real estate activities, including OPEX/CAPEX planning, forecasting, cost control, and performance tracking in partnership with Finance and the Senior Director.
  • Ensure materials, purchasing, and freight invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Pacific Supply Chain and Real Estate / Facility Management team, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented, and collaborative culture.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, landlords, regulators, and service providers while maintaining alignment to approved standards and governance requirements.
  • Support direct material sales activities and new customer registration processes in coordination with the sales team, where required by the business in Pacific.
  • Support local operating requirements associated with seasonal climate, authority-specific obligations, and physical handling expectations relevant to the Pacific environment.
  • Oversee Ground Support Equipment planning and lifecycle coordination as applicable to Pacific operations, including readiness, deployment, infrastructure needs, and cost control.

What will Help you to Succeed

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Significant experience in supply chain, facilities, real estate, or related operational leadership roles, preferably in aviation, MRO, aerospace, engineering, or another regulated industry.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operational performance in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, tooling support, facilities management, contractor management, compliance, and budget control.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant Pacificn regulatory, audit, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
  •  Aviation industry background strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on approach with sound commercial judgment across supply chain, facilities, and real estate.
  • Ability to balance business responsiveness with governance, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Results driven with strong initiative, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain and real estate management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within the APAC region.
