Our Client is looking for an exceptionally talented and passionate InFlight Services Manager to join them in delivering inflight excellence.  The Inflgiht Services Manager will lead their outstanding team of aircraft cabin hosts and fleet services personnel in maintaining and enhancing their customer facing services to meet and exceed the highest expectations of their elite clientele.

 

The successful applicant will have a strong background in high-end food and beverage customer service delivery as well as previous experience successfully training and leading teams of professionals to develop and meet goals in highly demanding and time critical environment.  Previous Cabin Host experience preferred, but not required.

 

The position requires a flexible schedule as it involves occasional travel as well as some weekend, evening, and holiday hours.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction, mentoring, assessment, and disciplinary oversight of Inflight Services personnel
  • Assist in Cabin Host hiring and training
  • Responsible for daily and monthly scheduling
  • Fly charter and owner trips when needed for training or operational purposes
  • Oversee fleet services personnel and aircraft stock selection
  • Oversee fleet aircraft interior maintenance and presentation
  • Oversee catering vendors and arrange flight catering requests as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in customer service roles
  • Previous Cabin Host experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work multi-day, out of town trips including nights/weekends
