Position Summary

This position is part of our Real Estate & Facility department. You will be responsible for managing all contracts and lease agreement related to real estate within our EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of Jet Aviation’s real estate portfolio in EMEA region
  • Manage the contract negotiations, reviews and checks with all stakeholders and parties
  • Creating, reviewing, and amending lease and sublease agreements
  • Manage the approval of lease agreement decisions in accordance with the Jet Aviation policy
  • Point of contact for subtenants at Basel site, and support subtenant agreements for other EMEA sites
  • Implement and manage all lease agreements in a contract database
  • Manage KPIs to monitor to ensure cost effective real estate management, and support leadership decisions
  • Conduct market research and support major business cases
  • Manage & coordinate Real Estate and Facilities projects including relocations, refurbishments and new installations
  • Ensure compliance with corporate fiscal, legal, environmental and risk management policies to minimize corporate liability and manage risk

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree with several years of experience in a Real Estate, Facility Management or Contract Management role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of reviewing contracts
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); French and German would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactivity and a can-do attitude
  • Passion for learning and openness to taking on new challenges
  • Attention to detail, good prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Open-minded team player, ability to work in an international environment
