Position Summary

Join our Real Estate & Facility Management team and play a key role in a major construction project in Basel. As part of the team, you will work closely with the project managers and will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. If you’re a multitasker who loves keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Your mission

  • Administrative support: general support for the department and the ongoing project, including coordination of internal and external meetings or events
  • KPI Dashboard Maintenance: create and update dashboards to monitor project performance
  • Reporting: standardize and organize reporting templates for efficient project tracking
  • Documentation management: maintain and organize project documentation
  • Team collaboration: encourage teamwork within the project business units
  • Training coordination: work with our training department to ensure compliance with the requirements

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience as administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry or architectural company
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical working style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Fluent in English and French, German is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, international, and dynamic setting
